Something spectacular happened to us last night. Snap Specialist Play WON the overall charity for Western Telegraph Local Hero Awards which was being celebrated at the #torchtheatre
Thank you to whoever put us forward for this award. I’d like to take a moment to congratulate every single person who had been put forward to those final stages, inspiring stories that filled the room with emotion.
Our charity is made up of a team of truly extraordinary ladies that I am forever grateful for! Life continues to be pretty tough for each and everyone of us at the moment but we show up every single day, doing the best we possibly can to make the lives of others better.
SNAP has not only become a safe place for our families to share their struggles and provide support to their children, but a place where our staff are united and support each other through whatever life throws at them too!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there were a few staff and family members missing from the celebrations, but I promise you were there in our hearts and we share our award with you all too.
