SNAP relies on the kindness and generosity of people in and around Pembrokeshire and further afield, to support and continue delivering our unique service to people in Pembrokeshire.  In order to sustain our services we are always looking for new funders to support both our core costs and capital costs and opportunities to develop our business plans.
