How can I make a complaint?
If you have any concerns or would like to make a complaint, please contact the playgroup manager to discuss this. Formally lodged complaints will be dealt with through our official complaints procedure, which will be explained to you.
If you feel that our complaint has not been resolved, you can contact the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) on 0300 7900126.
